I cannot surf the Internet
Some common problems that cause you cannot surf Internet are mainly due to the Internet Connection and Browser settings . Sometimes the below troubleshooting procedure do not help you to resolve the problem is due to the browser client . We hope that you can re-install the browser client to minimize the fault which is not due to its client .
Ping
Ping is a simple tool found in Windows that allow you to identify the Internet Connectivity is alive .
we would like you to help us to perform few commands as follows :

From the Windows Desktop , go to START > Programs > MS-DOS Prompt

You will see a window appears as shown below

From the MS-DOS prompt , type in "ping 165.21.83.88" and followed by "<ENTER>" key
Working Condition
You should see the result similar like this
Reply from 165.21.83.88: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=253
Reply from 165.21.83.88: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=253
Reply from 165.21.83.88: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=253
Reply from 165.21.83.88: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=253
there is nothing wrong with the Network , please refer to below "Configure Browser Settings"
Time Out Error
If you see this error message ,
Request timed out.

it is mainly caused by improper Network settings . Please refer to "I am not able to connect to Magix" for the settings .
Destination Host Unreachable Error
If you see this error message ,
Destination Host Unreachable.

it is mainly caused by improper Gateway and DNS settings . Please refer to "I am not able to connect to Magix" for the settings .
Sometimes you encounter problem to surf particular site , you can use this above method to ensure that the sites is available . For example if you cannot surf oversea site like www.cnn.com , you can apply the same method by typing the command as
C:\WINDOWS\ping www.cnn.com

Time Out Error
If you see this error message ,
Request timed out.
it is mainly caused by the site is down might be due to network maintainence.

Configure Browser Settings
Next is the browser settings . In this section , we are showing you the steps on how to set to no proxy settings and clear away the browser cache . In Magix Connection , you do not need to set any proxy settings. Please select the browser from below :
