I cannot surf the Internet

Browser Type : Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0

Proxy Setting

1. Launch the Internet Explorer Program
2. From the main Windows , select "Tools" > "Internet Options..."


 
3. You should see a dialog window as shown below


 
4. Click on the "Connection" tab
5. Check the option "Never dial a connection"


 
6. Click on "LAN Settings" button
7. Uncheck the option "Use a proxy server"


 
8. Press "OK" button to apply the changes

Clear Memory / Disk Cache

1. Launch the Internet Explorer Program
2. From the main Windows , select "Tools" > "Internet Options..."


 
3. You should see a dialog window at "General" tab


 
4. From the History option , click on "Clear History..." button and Select "Yes" to confirm clear.
