Efficient Speedstream 3010

Configure Network Settings in Windows ME
Please take note the following points :
- You must have the original Microsoft ME CD before carry out this procedure .
- You must have the Magix Starter Kit CD with you or downloaded the driver

1. From the desktop , right click on My Network Places icon and select properties
   
   
   
2. You will see Network properties Window appears
3. Click on Add... button
   
   
   
4. Select Protocol and click on Add... button
   
   
   
5. Select Microsoft from Manufacturers and TCP/IP from Network Protocols
6. Click on OK button
   
   
   
7. You will see TCP/IP -> ENI 3010 SpeedStream (00) RFC 1577 Classical Client in the network components
8. Double click on TCP/IP -> ENI 3010 SpeedStream (00) RFC 1577 Classical Client
   
   
   
9. You will see TCP/IP Properties Window appears
10. From the IP Address tab , Type in the IP Address and Subnet Masks
    ( Please refer to service letter for the IP Address - for ATM service only )
11. Click on Gateway tab
    
    
    
12. Type in the Gateway IP into the New gateway and click on Add button
    ( Gateway IP is XX.XX.XX.2 of your original IP )
13. Click on DNS Configuration
    
    
    
14. Click the option box "Enable DNS"
15. Type in the settings as follows :
    Host : any name you like
    Domain : magix.com.sg
    DNS Server Search Order :
    165.21.83.88
    165.21.100.88
16. Click on OK button
    
    
    
17. Click on Yes button to restart the system
    
    
    
18. After restart , you will see a small modem icon to indicate that you are connected to Magix .
    
    
    
19. You have successfully configured Network Settings in Windows ME
