Premium Plan : I am not able to connect to Magix

We would like you to identify the correct magix hardware in order to proceed to the troubleshooting section. Please follow the procedure below to guide you to troubleshoot your problem step by step.
If you already know which hardware you are using , please select one from below :

Identify the Magix Hardware

  1. From the Desktop , double click on My Computer icon and follow by Control Panel icon
  2. Double click on System icon

  4. Click on the Device Manager tab

  6. From the Network Adapters , you should see the type ATM cards as shown below


  7. Now you can identify and select the cards by :
    If you see

    • "LevelOne 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet Adapter" or any below card that used with Alcatel 1000 (ver 2.3)
      you are using the card with "Alcatel SpeedTouch 510 ver 4". Click on the link to select it.

    • "DSL700P ADSL Network Modem"
      you are using the "Aztech 700P" card. Click on the link to select it.

    • "ENI 3060 SpeedStream (00) RFC 1577 Classical IP PVC Client"
      you are using the "Efficient 3060" card. Click on the link to select it.

    • "ENI 3010 SpeedStream (00) RFC 1577 Classical IP PVC Client"
      you are using the "Efficient 3010" card. Click on the link to select it.

    • "Efficient ENI-25p ATM Adapter (00) RFC 1577 Classical IP PVC Client"
            or
      "Efficient ENI-25p ATM Adapter (01) 802.3 LANE Client"
      you are using the "Efficient ENI-25p" card. Click on the link to select it.

    • "ATML VIRATAlink VL1025/VL2025"
      you are using the "Virata 1025" card. Click on the link to select it.

    • "ATML VIRATAlink VL2000/VL2010"
      you are using the "Virata 2010" card. Click on the link to select it.

    • "3Com EtherLink XL TPO 10Mb Ethernet NIC (3C900B-TP0)"
      you are using the "Ethernet" card that bought from SingTel Magix for Ethernet Add-on Service in additional of one of the above product . The troubleshooting is the same as SuperSurf / ValueSurf Service Plan - PC Ethernet . Click on the link to direct you there.
