• Wire / Hardware Connection

Please ensure that the wire and hardware is connected similar to the diagram as shown below
Using Microfilter

* remember to connect the microfilter to the correct direction
 
Using POT Splitter

* remember to connect the POT-Splitter to the correct direction
 

• Modem LEDs Status
  Please ensure that you have connected up the cable and the devices as shown above and switch on the DSL Modem.
  
  
• no LEDs light , suspect DSL Modem or Power Adapter is faulty
  Action : call the vendor for replacement
  
  
• Blinking / Permanent Red , suspect the ADSL line is down
  please refer to Magix Technical Helpdesk for the support
