Check Network Configuration

1. From the Computer Desktop , double click on My Computer icon
2. Double click on Control Panel and then Network icon
3. From the network component , select TCP/IP from the network components
4. Click on Properties button 


 
5. Click on IP Address Tab 
6. Select the option "Specific an IP address :" and ensure that you have enter IP address and Subnet Mask .If you are unsure of the IP Address , please refer it to the service letter


 
7. Next click on Gateway tab 


 
8. Ensure that the Gateway IP : XX.XX.XX.2 where XX.XX.XX is from your own IP
9. Click on DNS Configuration tab


 
10. Ensure that the Enable DNS option is enabled and the following settings as shown :

Host : any name you like ( e.g. PC0XX where XX is the last number of the IP )

Domain : magix.com.sg

DNS Server Search Order : 
165.21.83.88
165.21.100.88
 

11. If all the settings are the same , please proceed to the next step "Re-installation of Driver"
