Uninstall Driver
Please ensure that you have downloaded the driver and eniclean program and extracted them into temporary folder

1. At the Windows desktop, click on Start > Settings > Control Panel




2. Double click on Add/Remove Programs icon




3. From the Install/Uninstall tab , select Alcatel SpeedTouch USB Software and click on the Add/Remove Button




4. Check the option box Remove and click on the Next button to continue




5. Click on the OK button




6. Click on the Yes button to confirm to clear all files




7. Check the option box Yes , I want to restart my computer now
8. Click on the Finish button




9. The system will restart for the settings to take effect
