Check Network Configuration

1. From the Computer Desktop , double click on My Computer icon
2. Double click on Control Panel and then Network icon
3. From the network component , select TCP/IP from the network components
4. Click on Properties button


 
5. Click on IP Address Tab
6. Ensure that the option "Obtain an IP address automatically" is selected


 
7. Next click on Gateway tab 


 
8. Ensure that there is no Gateway setting
9. Click on DNS Configuration tab


 
10. Ensure that the Enable DNS option is enabled and the following settings as shown :

Host : any name you like ( e.g. PC0XX where XX is the last number of the IP )

Domain : magix.com.sg

DNS Server Search Order : 
165.21.83.88
165.21.100.88
 

11. You have successfully checked the network configuration
