I cannot receive and send email

The most commonly problems that cause you cannot receive and send email are mainly due to the wrong Mail Password and Mail Client settings . Below shows a list of client that you can configure the mail settings yourself .
Sometimes mail virus may also cause the problem however we are unable to support this situation . Please contact the PC vendor to cure the virus. 

Magix Mail Server

Incoming Mail (POP3):
"smtp.magix.com.sg"

Outgoing Mail (SMTP): 
for local = "mail.magix.com.sg
oversea / roaming = "roaming.singnet.com.sg"

Check Email Password
You need to have the correct mail id and password in order to receive email from magix server . Many case when user PC crash and has reformatted the harddisk , all the existing mails are lost . After the mail client is installed , he / she is likely to forget the email password because he / she has not used it for some time .
