I have Video Conferencing problem

How do I go about to see and chat to many people in the world using Netmeeting

1. Open the Netmeeting program
   
   
   
2. From the Netmeeting window , go to Call > Directory
   
   
   
3. You will see a Window appear similar as shown below
   
   
   
4. Now you need to find the ILS servers at http://www.netmeeting-zone.com/bestservers.asp .
   
   
   
5. After you have select the ILS server from above , type in the server address at the "Select a directory" option
6. Click on Enter button
   
   
   
7. You will see a list of Users appear on the screen
8. Double click on any of the User you wish to talk to
