| Alcatel ST 585 : Configure Broadband Connection |
| We recommend the user to use a Ethernet cable to connect from the
SpeedTouch 585 to the computer or ensure that he/she has associated
the wireless card to the SpeedTouch 585. |
1. From the window desktop, go to the SpeedTouch setup by open the
browser configured without proxy settings to the following URLs :
o http://speedtouch.lan/
o http://192.168.1.254/
2. You should see the SpeedTouch setup page |
3. From the left menu, click on Broadband Connection option
 |
| 4. You should see 2 sub options (DSL Connection and Internet Services)

5. From the left menu, click on DSL Connection option
 |
| 6. You should see DSL Connection information (Modulation, Bandwidth
and etc) |
7. From the top right, click on Detail link
 |
| 8. You should see more DSL Connection information |
9. From the left menu, click on Internet Services option
 |
| 10. You should see Internet information |
11. To disconnect, click on Disconnection button
 |
| 12. To connect, click on Connect button |
13. To configure the login settings, click on View more...
link
 |
| 14. Type in the Username (userid@singnet format ) and Password
|
15. Click on Connect button
 |
| 16. Upon successfully connection, the page will show you the IP
address and DNS settings |
