Technical Support - Dial-Up - Dialup Plan : I am not able to connect to SingNet - VoiceMail Service  
Dialup Plan : I am not able to connect to SingNet - VoiceMail Service

 
Dial-up conflict with VoiceMail Lite service - Windows XP

  1. Click on Start and select Control Panel



  2. Click on Printers and Other Hardware icon on the right side



  3. Click on the Phone and Modem Options icon



  4. Click on Modems tab on top
  5. Select the modem you're using and click on Properties button



  6. Click on the Modem tab on top
  7. Ensure that the option "Wait for dial tone before dialing" is unticked



  8. After the above, the dialer should be able to work fine, even with the presence of the "shutter tone"
