Configure Browser Settings - Macintosh Netscape Communicator 4
Proxy Setting
- Launch the Netscape Communicator Program
- From the menubar, click on Edit > Preferences...
- Netscape Communicator Preferences window opens with a window on the left and the corresponding information for the items in the window on the right
- In the left window, select Advanced > Proxies item
- In the right window, select the option Manual proxy configuration
- Click on the Configure... button to continue
- The Manual Proxy Configuration window opens. Enter one set of these settings only:
For Toll-Free and Non Toll-Free users,

- Click on the OK button twice to apply and update the changes
Clear Memory / Disk Cache
- Launch the Internet Explorer Program
- From the menubar, click on Edit > Preferences...
- Netscape Communicator Preferences window opens with a window on the left and the corresponding information for the items in the window on the right
- In the left window, select Advanced > Cache item.
- In the right window, go to the Cache item and click on the Clear Disk Cache Now button to clear the cache
- Click on OK button to apply and update the changes
