Below shows the commonly factors that cause the problem to connect to SingNet. They are the
- Telephony Services
There are some telephony services that may affect the Dial-Up connection. They are as follows :
- Call Waiting
You need to disable the call waiting service in order to connect to the Dial-Up Connection. You can disable it temporarily by :
- Lift the handset and wait for the dial tone.
- Key # 4 3 1 #
- Wait for the repeated tone, then replace the handset.
To enable the service back , please refer to call waiting service site.
- VoiceMail
Select the type of operating system you are using:
- Check Username and Password
One of the most common problem is to type in the wrong username or password. Please re-type them and try again. Click here to manage your password. If you are still unable to get connected, it may be caused by one of the following factors. Please proceed to the guide below for further troubleshooting.
- Check Telephone Line
You can use any normal telephone set to listen for line dial tone or distortion tone. If there is any problem, please call
