- Telephony Services
There are some telephony services that may affect the Dial-Up connection. They are as follows :
- Call Waiting
You need to disable the call waiting service in order to connect to the Dial-Up Connection. You can disable it temporarily by :
- Lift the handset and wait for the dial tone.
- Key # 4 3 1 #
- Wait for the repeated tone, then replace the handset.
To enable the service back , please refer to call waiting service site.
Select the type of operating system you are using:
Check Username and Password
One of the most common problem is to type in the wrong username or password. Please re-type them and try again. Click here to manage your password.
