Technical Support - Dial-Up - Dialup Plan : I am not able to connect to SingNet - VoiceMail Service  
Dialup Plan : I am not able to connect to SingNet - VoiceMail Service

 
Dial-up conflict with VoiceMail Lite service - Windows 2000 Professional

  1. Click on Start > Settings > Control Panel



  2. Double-click on Phone and Modem Options button



  3. Click on the Modems tab on top
  4. Select the modem that you're using and click on Properties button



  5. Ensure that the option "Wait for dial tone before dialing" is unticked
  6. Click on OK button to exit



  7. After the above, the dialer should be able to work fine, even with the presence of the "shutter tone"
