Technical Support - Dial-Up - Dialup Plan : I am not able to connect to SingNet - VoiceMail Service  
Dialup Plan : I am not able to connect to SingNet - VoiceMail Service

 
Dial-up conflict with VoiceMail Lite service - Windows 98

  1. Double-click on My Computer icon on the desktop



  2. Double-click on Dial-Up Networking icon



  3. Right-click the mouse on the SingNet dialer icon and select Properties



  4. Click on the Configure.. button



  5. Click on the Connection tab on top
  6. Ensure that the option "Wait for dial tone before dialing" is ticked
  7. Click on OK button to exit



  8. After the above, the dialer should be able to work fine, even with the presence of the "shutter tone"
