Important Note :

Before you proceed with the setup, please ensure that you have the original version of Windows Me installation CD-ROM with you.

1. Go to your Windows Desktop and click on Start > Settings > Dial-Up Networking

(Another alternative: Go to Control Panel and double-click on Dial-Up Networking icon)




2. Dial-Up Networking window opens. Double click on the Make New Connection icon





3. Click on Next > button





4. Make New Connection window opens. Enter SingNet and click on the Next > button to continue





5. In the Telephone number entry box, please enter your assigned SingNet account dial-up number. Please refer to your Account Slip or SingNet JumpStart kit CD jacket. You can also get the information here 
6. In the Country code item, click on the down arrow to display the country code listing and select Singapore(65). For Singapore, you do not enter anything in the Area code entry box.
7. Click on the Next > button to continue





8. You should see this window. Click on the Finish button to continue





9. You will then be brought back to the Dial-Up Networking window, however, there should be one additional icon named Singnet in the folder.
