Please take note that all utilities will only work in the following :

  • Operating systems (Strictly English Version):
    1. Windows 98SE
    2. Windows ME
    3. *Windows 2000 professional
    4. *Windows XP Home/Professional

    * note : must be login with Administrator access right
    These utilities do not support Windows 95b, Macintosh, Linux, Unix and BSD.

  • Browser:
    1. Internet Explorer 5.0 and above with ActiveX controls and pluggins enabled.

    These utilities do not support other browsers such as Safari, Opera, Avant, etc which are not stated as above.

Troubleshooting Tools (ver. 1.3.1.4)

This page consists of three different tests. Each test can be started by clicking the button on the left hand side. After it has completed the results can be viewed by clicking the "View Results" Button.
To gauge your Internet download throughput speed via local SingNet FTP server and record the result.  

To check the destination IP address you want to reach and record the results. The ping command displays whether the destination responded and how long it took to receive a reply.
 

To display your current IP and gateway addresses.
