Please follow the below procedure:
- If your wireless card is able to associate to the wireless base station,
- Check Username and Password
One of the most common problem is to type in the wrong username or password. Ensure that you have type in the userid in "UserID@singnet" format (without quotation). Please re-type them and try again. Click here to check your password.
- If your wireless card is NOT able to associate to the wireless base station,
- Out of Range
The signal coverage is typically about 20 - 30 meters in radius from the wireless base station. The signal strength may be affected if there are barriers (e.g. wall) between yourself and the wireless base station. Try to move your location around the area to get a better signal coverage.

- SSID/WEP Configuration
Ensure your wireless hardware has configured the correct SSID and WEP in order your wireless connection to work.
