Nokia D211 : Configuration of Wireless Connection Profile (Win 98SE/ME/2000/XP)

Before you start, please ensure that you have completely installed the Nokia D211 driver and connection manager

1. Launch the Nokia D211 manager
2. Click on Modify tab on top and click on New.. button to create a new profile




3. Click on Next > button




4. Type in Outdoor Wireless Surf as the Profile name
5. Tick the WLAN connection option and click on Next > button




6. Select the Infrastructure option
7. Select singtel as the Network name and click on Next > button




8. Do not tick any option
9. Click on Next > button




10. Click on Finish button




11. In the Nokia D211 Manager, click on General tab on top
12. Click on Select.. button




13. Double-click on Outdoor Wireless Surf to expand its list
14. Select WLAN and click on OK button




15. You should be able to see that the connection is ready




16. You've successfully associated with the Outdoor Wireless Surf Access Point. Launch your Internet browser to start surfing
