This service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. All warranties, whether express or implied, are disclaimed and excluded, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the service is with the customer.
Encrypted emails and emails forwarded from a SingNet email account with email forwarding feature turned-on are not scanned by this service.
The SingNet Email Virus Scan service carries a contractual period of 3 months. Early termination charge may be imposed.
